Valerie Minnich, PhD, LPC, NCC, CAADC

Clinical Director of TeenHope

Dr. Valerie Minnich is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She holds national counseling and advanced alcohol and drug counselor certifications. Valerie has worked at Samaritan Center since December 2020 and currently serves as the Clinical Director/Director for TeenHope. In this role, she oversees program implementation, research and development, and supervision of bachelor and master-level students on a clinical track as well as individuals working on their LPC or LCSW. Valerie graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2023 with her Ph.D. in General Psychology with an emphasis on Cognition and Instruction. Clinically, Valerie works with couples, families, D&A, and mental health clients.
