The Change Through Compassion (CTC) Core Skills Intensive is back! This program provides participants with an introduction to the practices of mindfulness & self-compassion, as well as an opportunity to deepen their own wisdom through an emphasis on hands-on practice and reflection. The Change Through Compassion program is founded on the evidence-based Mindful Self-Compassion program, developed by doctors Chris Germer and Kristin Neff. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
Join us for this in-person event on Saturdays April 29 and May 6.
Each of these full-day in-person sessions will run from 9 am to 4 pm. There will be a 1-hour break for lunch on your own.
The cost for the Core Skills Intensive is $210. Class size is limited to allow for space.
