M&R Auto Center
Earl Martin opened M&R’s doors in 1982. He was a one man auto repair shop with a thirst for providing quality auto repair at an affordable price. Little by little his customer base grew, and more services were available with the help from new employees and family. A carlot and bodyshop were opened all in 1 location. M&R outgrew the building located at 601 E Ross, and in 2003 Earl built brand new shop just across the street to better accommodate the increasing business. Today, M&R Auto employs people who strive to give you a warm family feeling while providing a multitude of automotive services. Ryan Martin, Earl’s son, is now the 2nd generation owner of M & R Auto. Ryan is willing to help anyone through their automobile repair or replacement process. Amy, Earl’s daughter, manages the office and book keeping of the business. Stewart, Earl’s grandson, can also be seen around the shop. He’s following in his uncle’s and grandpa’s foot steps. Stop in anytime. We’d love to see you.

The Stroopie Company
The Stroopie Co. was established in 2008 in Lancaster, PA. The Stroopie Co. has two main goals as a social enterprise: to support refugees who are starting over in Lancaster by providing meaningful employment and to make high quality Stroopies to sell in Lancaster and all over the US.  Currently, The Stroopie Co. makes an average of 3,000 Stroopies each week. The companies goal is to scale to have more impact and create more meaningful jobs for refugees in the Lancaster area. It is viewed as success to have refugee employees either move up in leadership positions in the company, or equal success if the Stroopie Co. is used as a spring board to leap into other occupations after acclimating to the culture and language.  To help accomplish this goal, refugee employees working in The Stroopie Co. are offered an English class taught by a certified ESL teacher after lunch as a benefit.

Touch of Color Flooring
Touch of Color Flooring & Touch of Color Design Group were founded on the simple principle of taking care of customers. We started with humble roots back in 2002 with a goal to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on every sale. Our vision was to become the best place to buy flooring in Central PA. Our first location was in a rough part of town, so a retail showroom was not even a consideration. We utilized a mobile showroom then, taking hand samples of various products to customer’s homes, where they could make their design selections there. Fast forward to today, we still have the same principles, goals, & vision. We have stuck to our roots, never forgetting that the customer is the real boss of all of us, no matter how large our company grows. We are proud to say that we employ over 50 people throughout PA, & NJ, & KS. All of us here at Touch of Color appreciate any opportunity we have to serve our customers… building a better home, one floor at a time.
