Assets
ASSETS creates economic opportunity and cultivates entrepreneurial leadership to alleviate poverty and build vibrant, sustainable communities. For over 20 years, ASSETS has been committed to transforming our communities through business.
ASSETS was founded in 1993. It was launched as part of a bigger initiative for North American microenterprise development through MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates.)
For the first two decades, ASSETS programs were focused on business training programs and mentoring for low and moderate income persons in Lancaster County. This focus continues to be a core part of the ASSETS mission, and in recent years, programs have expanded to include programming around women’s leadership, microlending and social enterprise training and incubator programs.
The ASSETS vision is to see our communities in Lancaster and Central Pennsylvania transformed by business; by increasing business ownership among women and people of color and increasing the number of social enterprises seeking to address social and/or environmental challenges through their business models.

Behavioral Healthcare Corp
Mission: Mental health for all we serve.
Our passion: Helping you achieve mental health.
Life can be hard. We all have challenges. We all experience loss, stress, grief and, at some point, all of us feel overwhelmed. The team at Behavioral Healthcare Corporation has been helping people just like you deal with life’s issues and restore their mental health for over a decade.
We are people – just like you – who have family and friends they love and who love them, jobs they go to every day, activities they participate in and responsibilities they fulfill. People who know that life can be hard, and that we all experience loss, stress and sometimes feel overwhelmed. People who sometimes struggle to resolve a conflict within themselves or with others.
At Behavioral Healthcare Corporation we work as a “multi-disciplinary team.” That means that you have the full benefit of our physician, nursing, psychotherapy and administrative team working with you to do our part and help you accomplish your mental health goals. Together that’s over 678 years of clinical experience! That’s one of the reasons we think we have some of the best nurses, psychotherapists and support staff around.

Ecore International
Since 1871, Ecore International has been transforming reclaimed waste into unique surfaces that make people’s lives better. What started with simple cork closures has evolved into a diverse portfolio of products solving complex problems in applications ranging from playgrounds, weight rooms, and turf fields to hospitals, hotels, and retail environments.
We are driven everyday by a simple question, “Can a floor do more?” At Ecore, we believe the answer is “YES.” We are building our company and the products we offer based on the simple notion that floors should elevate beyond current expectations. Our energy is focused on the interaction between people and the surface. We engineer performance well beyond industry standards related to acoustics, ergonomics, and safety. Harvesting the unique power from a myriad of waste streams, Ecore creates products that align-substantial force reduction with a balanced amount of energy return to create dynamic surfaces that are catered to the individual and the application.
Ecore is comprised of four business units: Ecore Athletic, Ecore Commercial Flooring, Ecore Construction, and Ecore Industrial.
• People will fall… we will be there to catch them!
• Professionals will overwork their bodies… we will soften the blow!
• Footfall sounds will keep someone awake… we will quiet the noise!
• Ecore. Built by YES
