2012 Award Recipient

The recipient of the 2012 Ethics in Business Award was honored and celebrated at the Fifth Ethics in Business Award presentation on June 21, 2012 at Eden Resort & Suites. The afternoon workshops event was followed by an evening networking reception, keynote address and presentation of the Ethics in Business Award in a partnership between the Samaritan Counseling Center and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

The event began with workshops centered around the theme of ethics. Following the reception, a keynote address was presented by Amy Bischof, director of The Hershey Story Museum. Ms. Bischof provided the story of Milton Hershey and how he embraced ethical behaviors throughout his business and personal life.

Each recipient was presented with a commissioned bronze sculpture depicting the Five Principles of Conduct of the awards. The sculpture was designed and cast by local artists George Mummert and John Gibbs.
